Tarek Sangid, MD

Founder

Tarek Sangid (Founder) brings extensive experience in clinical research management, driven by a strong foundation in medical science and a commitment to advancing healthcare. He completed his medical school training, which provided him with a robust understanding of clinical practice and patient care.

Tarek has over five years of experience in clinical research settings as a Clinical Research Director. He is passionate about optimizing clinical trial processes and bridging the gap between research protocols and practical implementation in the healthcare settings. Tarek has managed more than 15 active clinical studies across multiple offices, collaborating with sponsors and CROs to ensure smooth execution of trials. His expertise spans various aspects of clinical research, including site management, protocol review, IRB submissions, and budget negotiations.

His dedication is focused on enhancing the efficiency and quality of clinical trials, with a goal of facilitating the development of innovative treatments and therapies. Tarek’s unique combination of medical knowledge, research experience, and management skills positions him to make significant contributions to the advancement of clinical research and, ultimately, to improve patient outcomes.

Hamza Albayati, M.S

Co-Founder

Hamza Albayati (Co-Founder) brings specialized experience in the clinical research industry, driven by a profound commitment to advancing patient care. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and furthered his expertise with a Master’s degree in Cancer Biology, both from the University of Michigan.

Hamza has well over five years of experience in both patient care and research settings, and he is passionate about bridging the gap between sponsors and providers, facilitating clinical research that aims to discover and develop innovative treatments and therapies.

Hamza has led a variety of screening, diagnostic, and drug trial studies in urologic oncology, with a focus on bladder and prostate cancer, sponsored by Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Harbinger Health, Lynx Dx, and other leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

His dedication is focused on ensuring that patients have access to the most advanced and effective medical solutions, and his goal is to contribute to the discovery of groundbreaking medications and therapies that can significantly impact patient outcomes.
